Philosophy
To train and instill disciplined characteristics, habits, and responses, while being mentality strong in your environment. I am prepared to educated young student-athletes in their particular field by providing them with techniques to be successful in the work force and in their sport. They will be trained how to respond to adversity, winning, losing, pride, humbleness, and other situations that occur in their sport and in life. I will seek to challenge student-athletes academically and athletically throughout their tenure in my program. Creating a sense of family is focused to establish a bond between administrators, coaches, and student athletes. All student athletes will be held accountable for their actions and will be held to a higher standard than their peers. Strong spirits, creates strong minds, which produces strong bodies.
I want every student-athlete to have pride and be enthusiastic about their position in my program. Every piece is necessary in the fulfillment of our family puzzle. Each student-athlete plays a particular part in building the foundations that supports the morals and values of this program.
My goal is to establish personal priority in a team atmosphere, where everyone will be asked to “Do your Job” and “Do your Best”.
